I don't get how the hijacking works either but I also don't get what will force the MOASS given that the printed shares are fraudulent and the responsible party(s) probably moved on. The new company name is Advanced Growing Systems, Inc. in FLA. Maybe they're trying to impersonate http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=6375

In short, who is going to pony up the $$$ to cover the fraudulent shares ???? Probably not Wong/Sparrow.
