janice, im going to take a huge risk in asking you this, and i cant p/m you.. so here goes..

if you dont hold paim and you say words like "dick" and stuff like that.. why are you moderator?

im just curious.. (its hard to know my real tone of voice, but im honestly asking with respect.. just confused.. mods are normally there to keep the language clean, and the personal attacks down.. and by someone that is a shareholder that supports the company?? )
