With all due respect, I have posted on several occassions that all the info any of you ever needed regarding this brake fluid fiasco was available in the public realm. And it still is. Read the license agreement with a eye for detail along with my previous posts. All the info is there.

Yep I do still have a bad taste in my mouth. IMO, David lied to me all through the negotiations amd once the deal was signed he began to go back on just about everything we had discussed and agreed to. I learned a lot from this experience; first I will never do anything like this without many many more details spelled ont in writing and I will never allow there to be consulting agreement that is not tied to the license in such a manner as to termination of one automatically terminates the other.

MSEP has refused to acknowledge the license termination. That said, if you read the license again you will see there's nothing there that says they have to acknowledge it. It says one party notifies the other of the breach and the breaching party has 60 to cure. If the breach is not cured the license is immediately terminated. Period. H_ll they even violated the settlement agreement with they issued a PR with the details of it. The settlement agreement stated ALL terms and details were to remain confidential. Since I left they have not once demonstrated in type of good faith effort (IMO) to try amd make anything good. And in the process they have damaged the Prospeed brand. Prospeed GS610 used to sell at $39.95/unit and now although the price has increased from when David was in charge, it is still short of $39.95.

As far as me posting numbers, I believe you have a right to know when a company you hold stock in dumps what was supposed to be their signature product out at below cost. Don't you want to know that? Particularly when the PR certainly made it sound like like this was a really big deal. When IMO, it really wasn't. I have access to the numbers becasuse MSEP is legally bound to supply them to me during the term of the agreement. As they agreement is terminated they are no longer bound to send me those reports. But then, they don't have any product to sell, so what's the point?

I didn't take your $$ based on false pretenses. IMO, David did. I didn't issue PRs that were clearly aimed at painting a very rosy picture when the reality was more like manure. and when I did post here, most came down on me like a nasty hail.

You have a problem with me/my actions? And you don't have a problem with David? I suspect you lost $$ on this deal. That wasn't because of me, that was due to David's operation of MSEP. I wasn't involved.
