hey Jim, this is what I heard from Scotturd today, they said they would never be able to show value in my account for my preferred shares, they have to send me the certificate and I would have to deal with it thru PAIM's T/A, on top of that there's a $50 fee

I told them I have no intention of pulling out my cert but they said there's no other way around it---isn't this the procedure for converting preferred to common which I don't want?
