Michael, the fact still remains that you have not handled yourself appropriately in this case. And the fact that you feel you must use this public message board to defend yourself and/or bash someone else is, in my opinion, wrong.

Dave obviously did not handle things perfectly either, but I am not going to make disparaging remarks about his character to a public forum like this, no matter how slighted I may feel. I will now focus on the possibility of a new business bringing us forward.
