And for the very simple reason that I don't know if this is of any significance or not. Even though most who post here regularily will know which stock I'm referring to I won't post the symbol. If I did want to tout it I'd be screaming this is huge, and bolding it with italics and underlines.
I am inclined to agree with your assessment, that it probably isn't materially important enough to warrant disclosing.
The trading in the stock of this subsiduary's parent during this time frame does give me pause for thought however.
