Sorry, but you aren't bursting any bubbles. IF Jim said the contract was with the DHS, and the DHS said there was no order, then there was no contract, period. This mysterious "third" party contractor does not fly.
At my job, i am a contractor of a contractor of a contractor of a lead. And even down at my level, 4 companies down, i know exactly what the contract is, what we are delivering, etc.
So, lets say Jim was initally duped by some - 3rd party; I guess that is possible. But, lets say he knew in what he said he knew in Nov - then why did he not come forward back then? Or why did he not come forward, when the DHS forced him to change his PR's?
I don't know about you or Jim, but if i were to find out i have been had, I would drag that scum out on the street, and have him publicly lynched. The fact that Jim did none of this, or even make a mention of it in this most recent shareholder video (which was released THIS year, right? Well after the Nov time frame they "internally" knew something was wrong.) means that one of his releases was a lie (either the video or PR). So, which is it - which lie did he get caught up into?
According to the reporting of a "duped" company: As of 1/22/07, the Company had 200M (Float) & 700M (OS) Shares. However, according to TD, on 3/16, 382M shares were traded; on 3/20, 302M were moved; between 3/15-3/22, 898M total. I wonder who to believe.
