I did not see anything in the 10k to make me sell my shares. I like the fact that revenue has grown to $1.8 million as compared to last year $676,000 thousand.

Thats great to see growth! As long as they are growing the subscriber base, I will expect that money has to be spent to grow the company.

Another positive was that CC will continue through 2007.

Also I copied and pasted this:

In November 2004, the Company commenced selling new DVD and video games. The offering of these products for sale has been integrated with the existing website and has accounted for approximately 42% of revenue on a monthly basis. Management believes these new offerings will complement the current rental service as many subscribers have indicated that they rent games to decide which games they would like to buy in the future.
