An Open Question...
If a wholly owned subsiduary company of a publicly traded company won a significant contract or had a significant development...would the public company be required to dislose as per rule FD?



If you want to taste the fruit, you have to go out on a limb. But if you wait for the herd to move out on the limb....the branch tends to snap.
