I tend to think the wait is on...plans are being made by everyone and the MM's are just jerking our chains...The same as they did the other day with the fat finger to screw up the charts...That was an intentional chain jerk...MM games...
Most of the buys on the ask recently have been new speculating invesors getting small positions IMO...
