Waeschi.. I did some calculations last night to see what the MAXIMUM number of shares GGI could have and what it would take for them to get down to the 4.9% of O/S that they are allowed under the agreement.. because there is a VERY wide margin for error on my numbers I'd rather not share them with the board, but I think my worst case scenario, based on +5MM over average volume, would have them selling for about 6 or 7 days.. again though, really rough calcs on my part.. anyway, I would hope they will be done this week or early to mid next week..
