look at inventory:

As of December 31, 2006, the Company had approximately 19,000 total subscribers.

The Company currently owns approximately 50,000 titles and approximately 230,000 copies

...that's roughly 12 per current customer at a time

...based on a three out plan..that's roughly 57,000 out..or 25% of their current inventory...leaving 75% idle..or dead...very rough figure..but worth noting...and why this business isn't as easy as slicing bread..and why my "on order" titles just sat for months...they couldn't afford to just bring them in for me....so that is tight...and smart


it isn't pure...but a good idea of how hard this is--have fun!
