Joe, the Altix is the one ray of sunshine in SGI's entire portfolio of products. Don't even try blaming IPF for their downfall. Even adopting x86 wouldn't have done much except for turning them into a whitebox vendor - and they'd probably still lose money doing that, given their overhead.
