Well I received a reply from Berman and am not impressed at all. All I asked him was basically what was going on and if the dilution was gonna end any time soon and all he replyed was:

Now I gotta say it's more then alot of other companies cause most don't even reply at all....but the companies famous quote seems to be that they put shareholders first which I don't see being the case here. Pinksheets.com and russind.com isn't telling me when the dilution is gonna stop and if a RS or increased AS is gonna be needed sometime soon down the line.

I'm gonna give it a couple more days to see if it corrects itself, but I'm not feeling as good as I was a few days ago
