It seems to me that many boards focus attention on alerting others to companies that file new REDEX or 144D filings.
I know the list I have included towards the end of post is a far from complete but many sites right here at I-Hub have missed this alleged filing certain people are continually worried about or I should say, "the same people keep pounding.
IMO, this type of filing is very difficult to get all of the facts about. Since we know there was one previously, (it’s even on ATWT's site) it is easy for the same people to continually bring up this old news with a "fresh coat of paint." I may be way off here but there seems to be moderators of sites with far more experience than we generally see here that are more knowledgeable than the same people who are always bring this up.
I may be wrong but I agree with those who are of the opinion that these posts are about "old news."
If I am wrong, then I guess some experienced moderators forgot to add ATWT to their lists. (See partial list at end of this post which has some boards dedicated to identifying companies like this)
One thing I do know is that there seems to be a sudden surge in volume and only time will tell the tale. If the people bought in at the levels we saw today, either it is a certainty to few that this is a stock that is a farce and all of the many, many, large position holding longs are suddenly going to panic sell so the buyers of the days level can make a killing when it goes to the .00008s.
JMO but….. NOT.
More likely the time is running low to influence people into selling so their shares can be accumulated at lower levels as the odds get better each day there is no news that news is that much closer, JMO.
Regardless, this is another company with actual products, distribution and agreements with more than credible companies with long histories and excellent, hard won, reputations they would not want to damage by hooking up with a company with no future. Also IMO, what we are seeing is folks with experience taking advantage of small start-up companies when the common delays occur as these delays do with many small start-ups.
This is why it is so important to pick a company with a real, useful, necessary, quality, currently in production/distribution and unique product is so important. Companies like this will eventually do well since there is already a demand for the product which in all likelihood will only grow. Again, IMO, we have chosen such a company.

Some I-Hub boards that would likely list ATWT if it was pulling the stunts some here want us to believe:

Post #of 5303 There are others I have found that should have ATWT listed as well as other stocks with good products and excellent business relationships but they don’t. Are these folks with up to date posts that complacent?
JMO but I don’t think so.

SORRY ABOUT INACCURACIES BUT I AM PRESSED FOR TIME.
