I'm not an experienced divy player, but I see it as mostly depending on what the new company is listed on. After all, why would they go to all this trouble to list a new pinkie? Just seems like too much work and money to create a new non-reporting company.

I think this new dog will be at least OTCBB or AMEX, but strictly my own speculation there and nothing really to back it up.
