The volume in RSHN hasn't been significant enough to blame big dilutionary tactics for the drop in pps... there hasn't been enough trading to support a huge o/s increase... so, I believe this is the dump before the pump... just when everyone gets super angry and the pps is down nearing all time lows... that's when something special takes hold... so, have some confidence... I bought my first RSHN's in about a year... and I will buy more tomorrow if that seller comes back in at .0005... great entry price!
