The pps has always come back up out of the 0.0002-0.0003 "rut" as you call it....and I fully expect it to once again.....

The real question is when will BKMP show a significant move in pps such that it doesn't continue to retrace back into that 0.0002 to 0.0003 rut!

That is where the manipulation (trading) comes in to play....buy at 0.0002/0.0003 and sell at 0.0004/0.0005 and back down she goes ad naseum!

SW hasn't helped the cause one bit IMO....with the ridiculous now you see it now you don't "preferreds" which really aren't or weren't preferreds at all.....I feel rewarded, do you??? LOL!

It will take more than an announcement of another IPTV service offering free viewing for 8 months to get the pps up.....nice exposure, but doesn't exactly add to the bottom line at all!
