This is just a low volume volatile stock that has been fluctuating between .05 and .07. Definately not a pump and dump, even though I probably wouldn't mind one. I spoke with someone at the company yesterday and they assured me that they are wrapping up the 10K and it will surely be released by the 30th. At least we know it won't be late or delayed.
