YellowDog: I woudn't expect Mr Merlich to say they didn't have any leads. The fundamental question is IMHO who would "knowingly" do business with a company facing charges for alleged secutities fraud and a very uncertain future when they have other options available to them for the product that CK offers?

That's a very tough sell for Mr Merlich IMHO.
