Geez Dave,

I wish we had some updates that would give us some decent ideas just about what is going on not what is necessary for investing. I didn't invest based on what the companies have posted on their web sites or official info that they put out. There isn't any. I invested on info gathered from individuals who have either been in this stock for years or a year who had good solid info from others. If you are telling me there is enough info out there produced by the 2 compnaies involved to get you to invest in this stock....well let's just say you would have to be brain dead to do that.

That however doesn't relieve the BOD's from the obligation to provide some kind of timely, accurate, factual information for thier share holders or potential shareholders. I have two pretty good reasons on my own for being here. And I have added others over the last year. None of them are due to the poor performance and unprofessional behavior of the members of the BOD's of either of these companies.

As for Jim Robertson....nice man....knows less than I do.
