Cowboy: a statement such as "resounding success" is meaningless IMHO unless one defines it as simply showing up to FOSE, but there was no qualitative or quantitative substance to back up those words such as definitive orders or contracts. Being realistic and logical, IMHO what government agency(s) would consider doing business with CK when two other government entities (FBI and SEC) allege securities fraud against CK? Secondly, let's us assume the purchasing agent(s) don't know of the pending allegations nor does the company reveal it, then what would be the fallout once that became knowledge to those agents and they already placed orders?
