im still not real sure what that means, but i guess he said it doesnt have to abide by certain rules? do you hold any shares? i have just 20,000 but there has been some serious volume last couple of days.. im thinking it will pick up soon.. with this extra attention its been getting anyway..

but then, what do i know.. haha. i really dont. :'>
