Hey Skidos', It's the restructured company NT Technologies, not the old GNEV that is merging with Nexplore. Here's another PR from yesterday that mentions both.

Mar 27, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- EXETER, NH: General Environmental Corporation today announced that it has completed its restructuring by re-incorporating in the State of Nevada and has completed a merger with its wholly owned subsidiary, NT Technologies, Inc. (OTC: NTTI). Pursuant to the merger agreement, the shareholders affected a one-for-twenty reverse of the outstanding shares of General Environmental Corporation, resulting in NT Technologies, Inc. having 1,426,560 outstanding shares. The merger with the Nevada subsidiary also results in a name change from General Environmental Corporation to NT Technologies, Inc. (NTTI). The new trading symbol for the new entity is (PINKSHEETS: NTTI).
