See, a possible buy out price per share...

can you please post how you come up with that?
-----------------------------------------
Here is TGTL's figures:
Let's go with a float of 355M

36M$ gross = 7.2M$ net. (20%)

7.2M / 355 = 0.020 X 5% growth = 0.1$
----------------------------------------------------
he multiplied the growth by 500%(5 and not .05) from .02 to .10
-----------------------------------------------------
36 mil? We are a forth of the way into the year now with only one shipment of 1.4 mil. That is just 5.6 mil for the year if they keep this pace. It has been taking 6 weeks to get each shipment and two weeks to grade them, so about two months per order is close guess per shipment. That means that 5 more shipments should come through this year. You would have to double there shipents and double the size of each shipment just to get 14 mil in sales. OK so double that too and you get 28 million and that is really pushing it to the most extreme. The OS is estmated to have been inflated. Instead of the max of 900 mil, just go about half the AS to 700 mill. Now plug tht into TGTL's formula and see what you get.
28mil gross = 5.6 mil (20%)
5.6m / 700 = .008 x 5% growth = still not pretty
