The only thing we know at this point is that there's been an ALLEGATION by the former CFO that there have been violations of the law and/or SEC regulations. These charges, especially since they come from a former CFO, must be investigated. The results of that investigation may or may not support the charges.

But you're clearly jumping to the conclusion that the charges are true. In contrast, I tend to believe it's just another example of LW being the LW we knew and loved before he was fired.
