Let's say the SEC goes very wrong, to a worse case extreme. Can the SEC they delist CYGX if they have found something seriously wrong? What would the share price become if the stock was to become delisted? Last time the stock got knocked off the OTCBB board and went on the pink it fell into the $.03 range or so and no one would buy it. Could the company pull itself out from that with no real officers in charge and the last one left just walking away?

Folks, if that situation gets out of hand we maybe holding a major problem here instead of a stock. There are a few of you with 100's of thousands of shares that just need to ask yourself these questions.

Facing and realizing a worse case scenario can happen at anytime is a cold reality. Look at all those Enron people, top 6 company on the planet one day and after a nice investigation it was worthless. There was people's life saving in there and billions and billions and the SEC didn't give one rats a**. They cooked them because of their policies and then tried to fry all the folks in charge. Some died, some got off and some went to jail but one thing rang true for all, they all lost alot of money in their stock portfolio.

So please do us all a favor Wanna, show us something in writing that it's all clear and done with or STFU. Last thing we need is a reassurance that the SEC is just leaving when no one really knows.

Wanna:
"Yes it is possible and most likely that the SEC is not done with their investigation, but if there was any indication of "wrong doing" from the beginning it is MHO that todays news would not have matured."

IMHO OF factual matters, there was a problem there for some reason, officers got let go and now we have an SEC investigation. Seems like something went wrong at the TX fort there, that's a safe bet. You can sugar coat it all you want but there is a chance we might not be listed come the end of this, IMHO of course.
