We never get service, as I've got IT to do that. Besides, service is a rip-off. The margins are like 90% on that stuff. If you get a laptop for $700, you can throw it away every year and still be ahead of the game if you're paying $1700 plus $350 for service. Heck, you could buy two laptops and have one for a backup.
