Subprime,
Now I'm not that old, only 49, but I can never remember so many people upside down in mortgages. Unemployment here is under 4%, yet I've seen housing here bringing early to mid 1980's prices, especially at the lower ends,,,, with the people who can least afford to go upside down. Top end is ok,, people with money are people with money. America needs to go on a debt diet.
