Yes, for a symetricle triangle to pan out it has to have a period of lower highs and higher lows like CBAY has now suggesting consolidation.....the key is to NOT have a lower low, if that happens all bets are off. A break would be anything over the top trendline of CBAY now which is at .021 (green line) and must hold over .015 (red line)
