Allie,

I am wondering if this is a signal that the dilution we have been seeing has ended. There have been quotes from Paul lately that the current dilution phase was coming to an end soon.

I guess time will tell.

This is a very welcome PR - especially, IMO, the fact that insider shares will be restricted "for the forseeable future"(Paul's words) This shows the confidence that management has in the company's future.

It is hard to think of a scenario where they would take this step if they had concerns about the viability of the company.
