Hi,

Um since when would it be diluting? These are preferred convertable to restricted that (according to the NR etc) have no effect or impact on regular common.

They are just trying to drum up some money and maybe down the road your $150 or whatever may be $1500 ? Who knows. A small price/risk to pay in my opinion that doesn't dilute.

BUT maybe I am wrong and/or something has changed. Can anyone expound?
