This may be a dumb question but forgive me for being a rookie. I'm looking into other stocks to purchase as a possible rebound for my loss here in CKYS. However, I'd like to allocate more funds and was wondering what the consequences would be from selling my shares of CKYS. They are worth practically nothing now but still I could get a bit of change. But here is my question: If I were to sell now, would I still be included in the civil suit (given there is ever one filed) or whatever grieviences that are paid as a result of the SEC's prosecution? Basically, do I have to stay put in order to get my money back that this slimy bastard JP stole? Thanks in advance.
