That's true, I didn't mean to imply that your post did not address the "significant event" clause. You're correct that the taping delay is a viable concern, all my points were made assuming there is a show (whether taping is delayed or not, as long as it takes place).

Obviously, all bets are off if the taping doesn't happen, meaning they've missed another season deadline. Although that certainly does NOT mean the company is a scam, it could simply mean they are being managed poorly or are victims of a horrible set of unforeseen circumstances. Either way, I still believe RR is a legitimate company trying to get a program on the air, hopefully this year.
