I think their 25% stake includes rights to 4 business products in line with Espirits financial product suite. We are intitled to royalties as far as I interpreted. I would prefer the cash be injected into the company, than be given in a dividend, at this point.

All in my own Opinion, Not a Recommendation!!! But let's try to make some money!
