"And how, exactly, do you know that? Are you saying that lying about those contracts would have been perfectly okay if it hadn't come to the attention of the OSC and the SEC? Further, why shouldn't people complain? That's why regulatory agencies have complaint departments."

First off, who said they lied about contracts. Do you have proof of this? That is why the OSC got involved, to find out the truth. Are you an OSC or SEC insider? Do YOU have any information we do not have?

I am still here waiting for the answers everyone is waiting for but the difference is that I have not convicted the company as you have. I am waiting on the results. Why can't you do the same?

"The purpose of an SEC suspension is twofold: First, it's intended to warn investors and potential investors of possible fraud. Second, it's intended to advise MMs not to make a market in the stock until one of them files a Form 211.

In this case, there was no reason to suspend. Investors had already been warned of possile fraud by the OSC action, and since the stock was already trading unsolicited, no MMs were making a market to begin with."

I agree on this point but you were saying months ago that SLJB would be suspended by the SEC. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I am saving the rest of my posts in case we get something later as today would be the last day of "early in the week" for a PR on "something."

Have a great day! :)
