Shorts - I suspect you are right. Nice run today .0055. I was able to break even. - BUT Be careful for the end of the run on DTGP. I also have tried to get info and it's just not there as far as business plan. It looks like a shell and there should be lots of insider interest in selling shares. I believe one of the principals of prior entity "Doll" passed away and estate will likely be selling shares.
If the buzz is really a new business plan or "merger," then it looks like this is basically a shell. The risk to that is that the market cap is higher than the value of a shell. Also as you indicate, those insiders will want to dump shares. After that, there is plenty of time for the reverse split, symbol change, issue more shares, etc.
Just my preliminary DD on it and just my opinion and FWIW only.
