Brasfield, a question.
i have been a holder of this stock for over 5 years..i was there when it went to 1.26 one day,, all on the promise of the liver device.. I am very glad to see that the company has morphed and developed a product that could potentially be huge, important products.. One thing that I am amazed about is that the company did not release a PR to announce that it had signed a 15 YEAR Licence agreement with Pfizer for its liver cells.. It did announce the original study, for which it received payment,, but why no mention of a 15 year agreement, which in my mind is huge news,, and a true sign that the technology is meaningful. I can understand that maybe it was not that material,, but i would think at this stage anything with EXTI should be considered material.. Any idea why no mention of this agreement,, except hidden in some SEC filings,, this could have gotten lots of new investors interested, and given the company better visibility in the market. thanks for any opinion,

Dr. Hill

I did not have the time to go back and research the news releases but a few of them mentioned that MultiCell is doing business with "other Major Pharma Companies". I also inquired about this and was informed that Pfizer and other Companies wanted the fact that they are doing business with MultiCell kept confidential. The reason Pfizer showed up in the 10Q and 10K was the fact that it was a significant event and had to be disclosed in their SEC filings. These big Pharma Companies hold things very close to the vest and are not interested in helping a BB Company move its stock price.
