Hey all. Just logged in for the first time. 8K doesn't surprise.
I think we all knew David was planning on bailing, since the company went dark.
My last communications were cryptic at best, his response to any question I posed was that all information will be revealed in subsequent filings.
As far as regaining any sort of value from this stock, it looks as though a quite few people have taken what they could get today and will most likely never be back.
I will hold the shares I have. No particular reason at this point, but if this Kenneth Yeung person turns out to be something special, you never know.
As far as Kenneth Yeung is concerned there are a couple of possibilities. I know that there is an award winning photographer named Kenneth Yeung. I also googled the name and found someone of the same name that is a game designer. I would prefer the filmmaker be the new owner, considering I am in television, that is the only reason.
I will definately do some digging into Mr. Yeung and let anyone know what I find.
