A/S increase to was to prevent hostile takeover situation imo. These guys are paying themselves in shares; ie investing in their company. This is a good thing! It won't be in their interest to piss away the pps (dilution). It's my opinion that this A/S situation will be 'remedied' in the near future... so there's no confusion! We're about to see some serious cash flow out of all these new ventures (forex being #1).
But we'll just see won't we? :)
