Press Releases issued by companies to create a market for dumping often times can come back to haunt a Company that is DUMPING shares. When these companies stray from vague and forward looking PR's they often times fall victim to their own GREED IMO. The inclusion of information that is presented as FACT but is indeed not FACT constitutes a violation of SEC regulations and criminal law. GLXI PR'd a financing deal with TRIMAX as being signed sealed and delivered....GLXI PR'd the addition of Mr. Craig Calaman and Mr. Morrone to their board..these pr's did not contain forward looking statements in regards to these 2 issues...these issues were PR'd as FACT.Hmmm. I wonder if these PR's were indeed factual..or were they not factual...stay tuned.
