MQPH did a reverse merger with deep down. it went from being a failing medical equipment company to a subsea engineering powerhouse. lol... this happened back in september, so when you think about it management has really accomplished a lot in a few short weeks.

as far as i know the decrease to the OS is effective immediately. the 10-K will have all the details about the current share structure in it..... along with the audited 2006 results... this is going to be a fun filing, imo.
