"there is a ten day SEC review" which means just that. JC's wording of 90-120 days is playing it safe, given un-met time lines in the past.

Is it possible since the PRE required a 10 day SEC review and the DEF required a 10 day SEC review that the vote also requires a 10 day SEC review?
