Some people actually look for plays that have had big drops. It seems when a company has bottomed and are doing a 47% OS reduction that it is a great time to buy. And when a stock has gone down 95% it has to go back up how much to get back to the same level? Hmmmm, might just be a great opportunity here, lol.
