IMO absolutely nothing gained by a R/S down here. They are still able to off-load shares at these depressed prices and that seems to be the key as to why a R/S would be needed. Won't help the longs who are already invested. Guess was just pointing out that leaders of a Nevada corporation can do about anything they damn well want to do regarding shares.

Watching another that, no kidding, had an IPO and reached $4,000 a share, now, after at least 3 R/S, trading at 32c. Is one of those Vancouver pinkies and very likely a scam. As it may not be, I'll hold back with the symbol.
