I do not know the name of the auditor, but it will not be one of the major players. I seriously doubt that any of the bigs would audit this small a company.


Regardless of the firm I doubt that any auditor is going to risk his career by lying. Auditors take the company's accountants figures and apply various tests to them in order to validate their numbers.

The crux of the matter for me is if the audited figures match those issued in the financial documents we have recently seen.
