TSFY: Not much available on "INCA Designs", but this is definitely looking like an RS in conjunction with an RM. TSFY based in Florida, after doing a name change only in 2004, from its predecessor Accident Prevention Plus, Inc. No filings since 2005.
Then suddenly the reverse split listing on OTCBB Friday, noting a 1:10 RS effective Monday. But also of note was symbol and name change to Inca Desgins (IDGN), convincing me that the RS was a condition of a pending RM announcement.
