Thanks Jim. That Michigan LoftwOrks is one of the missing pieces I have been looking for. I remember some time in the past that I had stumbled onto that but didn't save the link. I have been looking for that. Notice the spelling and similarities of all of these different Loftwerks. Different states of incorporation. Names close but not the same. Sure seems intentional to have these all close but different! That just doesn't pass the smell test to me.

Just like Sulja Bros Building PRODUCTS, Ltd. which was the first name change of Loftwerks, Inc's Nevada Corporation in the amendment on 7-20-2006. They then had to change the name again as it didn't match the Canadian Sulja. On 7-21-2006 the name was changed to Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd. Finally on August 3, 2006 they changed the Nevada Trading shell, from LFWK to SLJB with the SEC as well as changing the name on file with the SEC from Lofwerks, Inc to Sulja Bros Building Supplies, Ltd. Anyone have this a copy of this SEC filing?

Still no Articles of Merger on file with SOS Nevada.

When I was researching another Nevada Corp I came across this. This is what an Articles of Merger amendment would look like if one had happened!! THIS IS NOT FROM SULJA! Just an example of what the amendment would look like!
