I have explained this before, but I will try one more time.

IHUB HAS NO RULE AGAINST "Bad-mouthing", "Blasting", "Bashing" or any other B'ing ANYONE outside of IHUB. Sorry, but that's the way it is.

The ONLY rule that applies here is personal attacks ON OTHER POSTERS.

Here is why you are confused. This is the first sentence in the IHUB TOU:
"InvestorsHub.com, Inc. ("iHub") and its employees assume no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, objectivity, or usefulness of the information presented on our site.

IHUB makes no claim or representation by any administrator or moderator or assistant on any board about the truthfulness or accuracy of any post. There are 30,000 posts a day on IHUB. It would be impossible and require an army of people to try to verify the correctness of even a fraction of those posts - and even then, NOBODY WOULD AGREE.
Thus, IHUB has nothing to do with it. IHUB is one thing and one thing only ..................... A FORUM to state your opinion any way you want to state it. The only requirement is that you abide by IHUB rules - which governs vulgarity, spam, etc. Off topic includes any discussion about other posters and is a reason for deletion. Personal attacks are one step beyond off topic and even more deletable. But "personal attacks" are a function of OTHER POSTERS - and not of anyone not on IHUB.

This is from the IHUB TOU:

"10. constitutes a personal attack, which is defined as:
--Posting harassing or otherwise objectionable content on another poster;
--Calling another poster names or being vulgar;
--Not staying on topic with the current investment discussion, but instead focusing on an individual poster.

IHUB has no opinion of what any poster thinks about anyone that is not posting on IHUB. As I said before, it would be impossible and completely unenforceable for them to have any other policy.

If someone "slanders" IN YOUR OPINION someone who is not on this board, that person has every right (as anyone in society does) to go after them in court. But, YOU do NOT have the right to go after them on this board.

If that doesn't explain it, then it is hopeless.
