It took me whole Sunday morning searching Baidu.com to find the company's own website. I will translate a portion of it into English if time allows.
One of my friends after graduated with a MBA, started work in a firm specialized in intorducing Chinese company into US market by reverse-merger. He told me that this has become a trend in China. We should see more and more this kind of merger in the future.
